EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
Exchanges and store credit are available within 14 days of receiving your order. All pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to deny any exchanges based on the conditions of the item(s) returned, the number of items being requested, returns past the return window, and other relevant factors.

DISCOUNTED & SALE ITEMS
Please be aware that discounted or sale items are considered FINAL SALE. No refunds or store credit will be provided. If sale items are returned to us by mail, refunds or store credit will not be issued. These items can be reshipped to you upon request, at your expense; otherwise, they will be donated to a local charitable partner.

LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS
Local pickup orders that are not collected in a timely manner will NOT be eligible for a refund or exchange after 14 days. While they will remain in-store for your convenience, after 14 days, these items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
